Q. How do I get my Digital Downloads?
A. After payment, you will receive 3 emails:
- A confirmation of your order.
- A receipt from Paypal.
- The download link.
Q. I Still Haven't Received My Download Link. Where is it?
A. So far, on the rare occasions that someone doesn't get the download link immediately, it's always been that it got held up in a SPAM folder. Please check your SPAM / JUNK mail folder. Also think of adding sales@frenchkisstextures to your address book. I'll be happy to re-issue download links when needed.Q. How do I apply the Discount Code?
A. The discount is applied at the very end of check out. In PayPal, you fill out your contact / credit card information. It looks as if it's for the total amount before the sale, but then you are re-directed back to the site where you apply your discount code and confirm your order.
