My License

Any photography, illustrations or other art featured on the site either by Leslie Nicole or guest artists is strictly copyrighted and may not be reproduced in any way.

The Following License is for all my textures, brushes, templates, etc.

The owner (“Leslie Nicole”) of the copyrighted photograph, graphic, texture, overlay or brush being purchased (the “Work”), hereby grants you the non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, and perpetual right to use, reproduce, and distribute the copyrighted Work and to incorporate the copyrighted Work, in whole or in part, into derivative works for sale and distribution.

You are prohibited from using the Work for any other purpose, including: selling or distributing electronic copies of the Work as standalone files or as part of a product from which a person is able to extract the Work as a standalone file; distributing the Work in or as part of an electronic template (e.g., as an image available in a word processing or web page creation application) intended to be reproduced by third parties on electronic or printed products; or using the Work as part of a trademark, service mark or logo.

Owner retains all other rights in the Work and any derivative work, including without limitation, the right to use, copy, sell, license, and distribute copies of the Work in all markets and territories.

Examples of acceptable usage (but not limited to):

Creating artwork for sale, brochures, ads, and website backgrounds. Using work to enhance images for your clients. Such as making your own storyboards for use in client work. Distributed electronic files must be flattened. Creating final artwork to sell through a stock agency is acceptable as long as it is not being sold as a texture, template, brush, or other graphic enhancement.

Examples of unacceptable usage (but not limited to):

You may not use my textures, overlays, graphics, and brushes to create your own stock to sell. In other words, you can not create your own textures, brushes, storyboards, etc. to sell or distribute. Do not claim them as your own.

Credits and Links:

You are not required to give credit or links for using my work, although a little link love is always appreciated. Find link and banner codes here.

In consideration for the grant of this non-exclusive license, you agree to pay Owner the amount specified, due and payable immediately prior to your downloading a digital copy of the Work.

For the Free brushes and textures, downloading is an agreement to abide by my license.

This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws designated by Owner, now or in the future.
